Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Installation, 24/7 monitoring, cloud storage, patrols, mobile app access, technical support, and maintenance based on selected package.

2. Term and Renewal

One-year initial term with renewal options. Camera ownership transfers upon renewal or for a fee at termination.

3. Equipment Ownership and Maintenance

Equipment remains Safeport's property initially. Client responsible for misuse-related damages.

4. Fees and Payment

Installation and monthly service fees apply. Late fees may incur for overdue accounts.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide property access, maintain internet, report issues, avoid tampering with equipment.

6. Safeport Responsibilities

Professional service delivery, prompt technical support, and data confidentiality assured.

7. Limitation of Liability

No guarantee against incidents. Liability limited to past 12 months' service payments.

8. Indemnification

Parties indemnify each other for claims resulting from their own breaches or negligence.

9. Confidentiality

Security data remains confidential unless legally required to disclose.

10. Termination

Termination allowed for breach. Equipment removal if ownership has not transferred.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party liable for uncontrollable events causing service disruption.

12. Assignment

No assignment of rights without written consent from both parties.

13. Governing Law

Governed by Saint Lucia law. Exclusive jurisdiction to Saint Lucia courts.

14. Amendments

Updates may occur. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.

15. Severability

Invalid provisions will not affect enforceability of remaining terms.
